The journey of Karosas KRS.

2020

The idea began in 2020, when accessing fresh food at local markets was often difficult while useful land sat untouched.

That challenge became an opportunity: use the land to grow fresh vegetables close to home, support local markets and create meaningful employment in the Kuruman community.

KRS was formally established in 2025. Today, the business remains small-scale and hands-on—backed by good farm management, modern irrigation, safe handling and a serious commitment to quality.
